My prayers are with the family of this fallen hero. This violent world is protected by true heroes, like Officer Jensen, who work so hard and even give up their lives to protect us from these cowards. Rest in peace and may God ease the sorrow your family has to go through.

"We little knew that morning God was going to call your name. In life you were loved dearly and in death the same"
"It broke are hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home."

Officers with the Colorado Springs Police Department hold a near and dear place in my hear. My father is a retired officer from this department, and as a young person I admired him and his fellow officers so much, that I too chose this profession.

To the family of Officer Jensen my thoughts and prayers are with you. May your love for Jared keep you strong.
