I prayed all day Christmas day long that no officer would be killed, and when I went to sleep, no new officers had been added to the list for the day. Opening up this site to see that not only one but two officers had been killed, my stomach turned. My condolences to your family, for Christmas day, nor every other day, will ever be the same. May you RIP, sir

Brother Carson,

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And the rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Respectfully,

Lord,
He was yours to give,
and yours to call home,
please stand by his brothers,
so they don't feel alone,
dry the tears of his family,
so they clearly see:
that he gave his all,
so all could have peace.
Blessed are they,
the children of God,
with heavy hearts,
and honor they trod,
to pay their respects,
to give their salute,
and to ask for your mercy,
on heroes in Blue.
Amen.

Shawn, rest easy brother, we have the watch.
