God bless you Officer Manny, thank you for your service and sacrifice. Your family, friends and fellow officers are in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace, Blue Angel.

Mrs. Manny, I lost my husband almost 9 months ago in the line of duty. My heart just aches for you and your children. I pray that you find the strength to get through the holiday season, and beyond. Your husband was a true hero and he will be looking down on you and your babies from heaven, giving you the courage to carry on. God bless you all.

We are so sorry to here about your tragic loss of a loved one in law enforcement. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you in support. As we personally know, sometimes there is little comfort that comes from words. Keep focused as you can on the memories and joyous times for these things may bring you comfort. Rely heavily on family, friends, and other law enforcement. Honor your fallen loved one, for their sacrifice will not be forgotten.

To the family of Officer Manny, I am so sorry for your loss. Our daughter and I were just driving over the Grapevine last month. I know how dangerous that roadway is. Our prayers are with you and the CHP. There is nothing I could say to make it right. Please know there are many people that will be there to support you and your family. Let them, because it will make this more bearable. Officer Manny will never be forgotten. May God's love help you. I'm sure Howard and all the other officers that have died in the past were there in heaven to greet your officer Manny. I hope knowing that helps a little. We survived Howard's death by knowing he will be forever safe. Eachday we remind ourselves of this, it does help us to continue on without him here. I am again so sorry.

Brother Manny,

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And the rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
