Taken from this earth way too soon. When the ordinary public would have turned up the tv or gone too sleep, this hero called 911 and went outside to take police action. Truly a hero.

I can not believe that another of our Officers were killed. Even when they come off duty they are always on-duty protecting us . Officer Daniel Enchautegui you are a hero and you will never ever be forgotten I am so sorry for the loss to your family and friends and the New York POlice Department. God Bless You as you now Patrol the Heavens and Rest in Gods Peace and Love. You and Your family and YOur fellow officers will be in my thoughts and heart and prayers. I am the wife of a retired Phila Police officer and the mom of a young Philly Police officer and know all to well the dangers that all our officers face every day on and off duty protecting the citizens of our country.
