Reflections for Lieutenant Robert Manuel Cabral

You're contributions to your Town will not be forgotten. To your family - remember that the LT was doing what he loved when he was tragically taken from us.

Rest in Peace, Brother

Our organization was founded to assist our dare officer, Lt. Cabral, with financial concerns of the dare program.

Lt. Cabral was a giving and caring officer and educator. He ran his dare program without any compensation when the town faced fincncial problems. He did this because he saw the need to teach the dangers of substance abuse and their consequences to the youth of Swansea. He knew that the teachings were important, and it was not a job or about a salary to him. He cared deeply for the kids. He knew them all by name. They all loved him as well.

He will be sorely missed by the entire town, all the kids he has helped over the years, and those who will not be able to benifit from his teachings because of his untimely death.

Lt. Robert Cabral, AKA: Officer Bob,
You had a great influence on my life. You were the one that kept me from doing drugs. You were a saint to everyone that needed to be saved. You saved so many people from the evils of drugs and drinking and driving. God rest your soul.

May you Rest In Peace,
Lieutenant Robert Cabral

There are those people in town that everyone knows or has heard of at one point. Officer Bob was one of them. I know it was his job to look out for us but he went out of his way to do so like when he patroled the parking lot of the gas station i worked at because he knew i was working third shift alone. I just hope he knew or knows now how much impact and influence he has on the township of Swansea.
