Please now that you will continue to live in all of us who have, and continue to proudly wear the "uniform" and serve across this country and around the world. Your brothers and sisters will never rest until justice is ultimately served. May God lay his hands upon your family, bless them, and give them strength.

The Norfolk Police Department is made up of a very scarce and special group of men and women.Men and women who will not run in the face of danger or kneel down to the criminals who try to run the streets of their city. Men and women who daily risk their lives for the citizens of their city. Where do you find these brave men and women? This time in Baltimore.

"This story shall the good man teach his son. From this day to the ending of the world, that we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers. For he that sheds his blood with me shall be my brother, be he ne'er so vile, that this shall gentle his condition.
