So I wish you were still here. Some of us were telling 'Steve' stories the other day. Made me think of you and miss you. Your children are wonderful, I havent recently seen them but over the years I have, hopefully we will all go tubing this year with the Findleys. It was a good time. I am almost done with school, haha you would be proud its taken me forever! I wish you were still here, you would be shocked with all the events going on, but then again you might not be. The other peas from the pod are going to be retiring soon. Richie made motors, but I am sure you already knew. Steve you would be proud of all of us. Miss you lots! and Keep looking out for all of us.

Steve,

I remember our early 20's and all the fun we had on weekends or any other night we could get out no matter how tired we were the next morning at work. Cape Cod was never quite the same when we left it every year. I haven't seen your Family since the day we laid you to rest but I think of you and them every time I look down at your wristband I've worn ever since. I lost a dear friend to cancer a few months ago and now I wear his wristband next to yours. You would have liked him. One day we'll all raise some hell together:) You are not forgotten!

Steve, I went and saw your mom on Saturday. She was so happy to see someone from "home". She let me put a PGPD patch on your street sign. We miss you brother.......

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 4th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

I can see by the reflections left that you are loved and missed by many. Your family is in my heart's embrace.
