Molly your smile lives on forever in our hearts and minds. We miss and love you. You are gone but never forgotten. Thank you for your sacrifice to protect our community. There are still many great officers that live on through your legacy that are protecting and serving our great community still and I am thankful for that. You were one of a kind with the most giving, generous, loving, kind heart and soul. Love you forever and always.

Molly's eyes sparkled and her laugh was delightful. Her faith in Jesus Christ was inspiring. Molly's commitment to being decent to people and her thoughtful way were such a great example of a how a good cop acts. She was my co-worker, my backup and most importantly my friend. Molly, you are not forgotten but I do miss you.

Molly,
They had your annual blood drive this week, marking 10 years more or less since God took you to a much better place. I wanted to go but as I stood looking at your photo on the flyer, I started to be overcome with emotion and just couldn't.

A couple of weeks ago I viewed a movie,"American Sniper". At the end or after the end of the movie, there is actual footage of the funeral procession for the deceased Vet, Chis Kyle. It lasted a few minutes and the audience sat in complete silence and not 1 person headed for the exit. I found self back to Feb 15,2005 at about 2:30pm, riding in a hearse with you at rest in the back as we traveled from Mizzou Arena to memorial Cemetery.

I remember all the citizens of our community put aside their differences, joining together & lined up along the road holding the American flags and banners that said "We love you Molly" and "You will be remembered". It made me proud to be a Columbia Police Officer that day.

The signs told the truth! You are remembered much, by many people, more often than you would have ever imagined.
We all love you Molly!

Today while driving to see the other side of our family & during a stop for gas, we had the pleasure of meeting a young deputy sheriff from Eastern Ohio She was very friendly, had a huge smile, spent time talking to my daughter, gave her a few small gifts, & even took her picture w/K infront of her sheriff's truck. As we got in our car to leave, I turned to my mom, & she had tears in her eyes. She was touched by this young woman's interaction & said she just reminded her so much of you...she said she could almost feel presence w/us. It's amazing how one little, brief interaction can make such a difference. This woman touched our hearts w/one simple interaction. I can't imagine how many times you did the same. It's blessing to have known & loved such an amazing example of a stong, kind woman...the world needs more role models like you for our little girls. You are greatly missed!

I had the pleasure of meeting Molly when we were taking night courses at Columbia College. The course was Crime Scene Photography and we occasionally paired off together. She was a delightful and humorous woman. I enjoyed her company a lot. I was deeply saddened to learn of her death and still think of her. I have moved a few hours away from Columbia now but always visit her grave site when I return. We lost a good one when we lost her but Heaven received a lovely angel in return. Godspeed, Molly. You are not forgotten and are still missed.

I had the Honor of meeting your father and the rest of your family after arriving at the Wall this past weekend with the Police Unity Tour. They were there in front of your name. As I walked toward your family your father stopped me and thanked me for doing the ride. He then asked who was I riding for? When I told him for every name one the Wall he grabbed my hand and squeezed it and thanked me again. He told me all about you and how much you are missed. Rest assure you will never be forgotten.
