Hi My Love,
Today was the service for Officer Hewell, of Stockton Ca.. He was honored well and taken too soon. I know you were at the gates of Heaven to help usher him in on June 11, 2104 when he passed away from injuries sustained in the line of duty. I continue to keep his family, friends and his SPD family in my daily prayers for the comfort that only God can provide. I am always saddened that another brave officer is taken while serving his community. I will never forget his sacrifice and service. Watch over all who are still protecting their communities.

I wanted to share that the special event put on by Stanislaus Police Officer Association that supports officers and is a fundraiser for fallen officers families known as Sweet Piece was a sweet success!!! and a good start to police month that remembers the fallen hero's and all the brave souls that are apart of the thin blue line. We felt you with us all day...We know you were celebrating the reason for our hope that we will see you again in the eternal Heaven. We/I miss you so very much and I know you know this truth but once again I want to say that I am looking forward to the day we are reunited in perfect love. I am so grateful to be surrounded by those who love you and love our savior Jesus Christ. I remember our conversations concerning Jesus about eternal life and I feel so blessed that you shared with me that you gave your heart to Jesus when you were a young teen with a young friend who shared with you the eternal hope of love. Hi My Love,
I am so much looking forward to finishing my work on Earth!!! I miss you so very much!!! I do have to say, some things are not what I had hoped they would be. I am struggling with my feelings about humanity...I love you and am counting the days when it all makes sense. I am sure it will when I see the full picture from Gods perspective. That is the hope that keeps me pushing forward. I am remember when you were here... the world seemed to make sense...now just tragic pain for so many... and yet I still can't ignore the small glimmers of hope in the world that our Lord provides. I am praying hard for strength to continue my journey with grace. Too much ugliness can challenge even a hopeful heart...Please pray for all those left behind... including me, my love. I do miss having you here with us...me. But until the day we are reunited forever, I will press froward, knowing I have prayers from Heaven pouring down on us... as you know today is 9/11 and we are remembering all those killed in that horrific act...I know that The Lord is in control of all that happens...and keeps all that belong to Him safe in His arms. I pray for our Nation as well for all the leaders of the world (who God has put in place). I pray they hear God's voice and stop all this evil behavior. I pray daily for love and peace for all someday. I am counting the days until I am home with you and all those I love and miss.
