Another Veterans Day has passed and 5 years is approaching. A picture in almost every room of the house and all the memories help to ease what I am sure is a pain that won't ever pass. I always looked up to you so much and think about all the good and admirable things you did in your life. I miss you Bro

Bryan-
Recently a friend was explaining what happened on jan. 6, 2005 and he described it as me witnessing a shooting. I was taken back by what he perceived of that day. You and I both know that it was more. You gave your life for all of us at the bank that day. We may be here to relive it everyday, and feel the terror, but you gave your life. Know that all of us thank you and revere you for the sacrifice you made. You are and always will be my hero! Thank you for all the hard work you are doing up there to keep all of us safe!

The one thing a policeman always worries about is what you faced on this dreadful day! I will tell you that everything thats happens, both good and evil, happens for a reason. Its just so trajic that its happening more and more to those who took am oath to protect all sociaty, at all times, no exception! Im gald this site is available to the public citizen so they may witness the "ultimate" sacrifice that Law Enforcement makes all to often. Rest in Peace now Hero!

Bryan,
There is a K-bay reunion in Virginia Beach on the weekend of the 23rd of August. I was just sitting here thinking of the good times we had there. I think Slusser sent your family an invite, and we hope to see them there, but completely understand if they can't make it. I think about your little girl all the time and I hope she is doing well. Even though we had not seen each other in a while it is extremely sad to know that I will never see you again. Keep an eye open for us down here.

Forgive me for missing the anniversary of your E.O.W., but I felt as though I could not continue to read about so many tragedies. I now realize the visit each day to leave a word of encouragement and hope to the loved ones of others, helps me to remember that I am not alone with my pain and heartbreak. So may I say to your friends and loved ones that my thoughts and prayers are with them now and always. Continue to keep watch over them and those still out on patrol and may they know you will never be forgotten.

Over 4 years and it still seems like yesterday we were sitting on the couch playing Madden football. Not a day goes by man that something doesn't remind me of the huge void in my life. This past week Jim Gilbert contacted Mom and Dad to let them know we are one step closer to justice. Hang tight bro

Bryan,
My wife & I stopped and ate dinner at Talita's mexican restaurant in Grove City the other night. The place is filled with military memorabilia, especially the Corps. On the way out, I glanced to the wall to the left of the door and immediately spotted a frame holding two large photos of you, and between them a description of your sacrifice. One of the photos was when you were in the Corps -- never saw it before, really nice pic. The whole thing was so well done, a really great tribute. Not sure if the owner of Talita's or an employee there knew you or your family, but I will ask next time I'm there.
Cheers,
Mike

Hey brother, sorry I havent been on here in awhile. I'm sorry I missed Christmas, New Year's and the anniversary of your death. Just wanted you to know we are all thinking of you. Donnie and I got your shadowbox put up at the FOP bar. We thought it would be more fitting there. Anyway, it looks good and every time I go to a meeting now, we'll be able to have a beer.
Rest in peace brother, we'll get it from here!
