Your heroism and service is honored today, the 90th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

Lt. Corbitt, today marks the 86th anniversary of your passing due to the violent act of a lousy thug. One of those suspects was hanged but the fate of the other is not listed. I’m sure he faced true justice either in this life or the next.

You gave your life in the service of others, though you were employed by a private entity, it is an entity that is a vital part of the American economy and part of what made America the great country that it is. Men and women of the Railroad Police are true heroes and you are amongst the finest. You have not been forgotten.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
