SPC Perry Fillmore you are gratefully missed and never forgotten. I still remember slow dancing with you. You were always so kind to me on and off duty. I wish my daughter could have met you as they've has the pleasure of meeting my other favorite officer who was regular at speedway as well detective Sipple (I believe is the title he has now) you helped mold my respect for officers in a world that there is so much hate toward officers. To his family I am truly sorry for your loss and pain you all endure and have endured through the years. He was a great kind person.
God bless

SPC Perry Fillmore, I just learned about your passing, I didn't know you as well as others in the 534th MP Co, but we were in the same Platoon and you had my respect. 3 things I remember about you was that I knew that I could depend on upon you, I remember your smile and I knew you were a good person. I salute you Spec and say goodby until we maybe meet again.

Always remember, never forget!! I live my life day to day with that saying embedded in my brain. My little brother taken from us when it was totally uncalled for. Since you have been gone, dad left and is with you, a place I know he wanted to be. the 2 of you were as one. Mom is doing better now. I want to go see her this year again. She has a new place, and is trying to adapt. Hopefully she will. I miss and love you!

Another officer has been lost recently and just found out 2 cousins have cancer and was thinking about why we have to keep losing such great people! That's why I came here to remember 2 other great ones, Perry and Doug! Think of you guys often and how you brought so many smiles to so many people! You are still missed by so many!

Perry my friend you will never be forgotten. My daughter Kayla still remembers when you would spent time with us and make everyone laugh around the dinner table with your corny jokes . Great Soldier and Warrior. You will never be forgotten my Brother,

I just had to turn around and stop by the Fallen Heroes Memorial in Pontiac yesterday. I saw your name there. I simply can't believe you have been gone over nine years. Saw Gary Priess's name, too. I guess Doug didn't get on the wall because he was on his way to work, but he should be there too. Three good men. It is hard knowing you all went so young, and how fast the years go by, brothers. Time goes by like we're standing still. You live through us. We remember.
