Family, Friends & Fellow Officers Remember...

Miss you dearly little brother. I’m just a few hours it will be exactly 19 years since I received the worst call of my life. You were a true hero and died with honor doing what you dreamed about since you were 5 years old. Keep smiling down and watching over my kids. They never had the chance to meet Uncle Matt but know what an amazing uncle they would have had. Until we meet again.

I think about you and Jennifer often, daily honestly. I often say silent prayers for the both of you and your families. Fettig served and sacrificed everything in the same precinct where my own father and his partner served and sacrificed everything 33 years earlier.
