Hey Tony!
Wanted to stop by and let you know that you were not only thought of on a regular but you are still spoken of!!! I was talking with a fellow retired officer about your good nature, kind heart and willingness to help. You had an easy way about you and it was always comfortable speaking with you. You always listened to concerns that I had an made efforts to address each of them. You were a great FOP president and I truly appreciated you. Know that you are still thought of and still remembered and very much loved. Thank you for looking out for this little sister in blue.

Sgt. Walker,
Thank you, for your service to your community, and fellow citizens everywhere. You may be gone, but you are not forgotten. Your legacy lives on, my friend. I too, am an officer, with the United States Capitol Police Fiirst Responders Unit. Additionally, your loving daughter, United States Capitol Police Officer PFC Shana Walker, is a living testament , of the examples that you set as a father, officer, and role model. I am honored to say that you have succeeded. The symbolic torch, of "Protecting & Serving" has now been passed on to your daughter, Shana. She maintains the highest standards of a good officer. She takes great pride in protecting our Nations Capitol. Her uniform and appearance, speaks for itself, her boots highly shined, and uniform is always clean and pressed! ......Just thought you'd like to know. I'm sure, you already knew that, because you are always looking down on her. God bless Sgt. Anthony "Tony" Walker, the entire Walker Family, and may God, always, bless the United States of America.

I had the honor of meeting Sgt Walker's daughter at the US Capital. Her dad would be so proud of the impressive young officer she has become. Rest easy brother...

Today I drove up 301 N just past Waldorf, getting into PG Co. and I saw the sign w/ your name and it made me think of you. I thought great memories of you being a great husband, father, and what I knew of you, a friend and neighbor. Thank you Tony. I hope you are in peace w/ John. You had the best wife, Carmen. I wish God didn't take u away. Miss u.

I find this very difficult to write, because it reminds me of how great a person you were. I miss talking with you and working with you. I miss you, Karm and the kids at our home in Phoenix and the rough time your family and mine went through in Virginia Beach. We all miss your smile and wonderful personality. You will never be forgotten Tony and may God look down and protect you family.

Merry Christmas, Tony. As usual I wish you were here. You loved the holidays so much. Saw Karmen & Anthony on yesterday. Anthony is getting tall and is doing very well in school. Michelle & the gang are coming for dinner. Love you, MOM. PS, I talked to Jon on yesterday; he keeps in touch--he is living in FLA.

Tony...Time marches on...its been 8 years...but it doesn't seem that long ago when we lost your smile. I think of you often and am blessed to have known you. I think of our discussions and how you would shake your head at my opinionated righteous anger...and I think about how we would agree to disagree because in my mind, I was always right! I talk to Karmen from time to time...of course you know that she is still as beautiful as ever and Anthony is growing up into an even more handsome young man! I truly wish that you were here to see and be a part of it all. And while I will never be able to understand why you had to go, I accept that it was time and honor your memory and your legacy. Much love to you...

Tony, we miss you a lot. Your son is growing to be quite a young man, like his dad. I did not know why your presence in my mind was so strong today - I thank God that he led me to this page to pay you tribute. Your mom is a wonderful, strong woman, but a mother never wants to bury her children. We keep her in prayer and Tyson is keeping her company :)
