I sincerely hope that the Family of P.O. Bennett views this website at some point. There is no way they could come to terms with the death of their loved one at this time considering the circumstances that have been described.
They must know that the entire Law Enforcement Family is behind them as our Justice System follows through now. I can only hope that the SOB responsible for this tragedy is under a heavily guarded physical condition at the hospital since his apprehesion.
May God be with the Family of P.O. Terry Bennett as well as the members of the SDPD. Be Safe
