Once again i find myself in disbelief as the life of another brother is taken from us by a sensless act of stupidity.

Another little boy who will only know his daddy as a hero taken before his time. Will it ever stop?? Such a sad and tragic incident.
Rest in peace brother and watch over your young family. Protect them and guide them from above. Another hero tragically lost.

A Brother in Blue

CPD, NY

May God grant your family a swift closure and comforting peace. In your absence, may he somehow assure them that you have transcended from this Earthly bond to the ultimate duty -- patroling the streets of heaven under God's command. Rest easy knowing that your brothers and sisters in arms will continue the fight, and eventually join you for a reunion in a far better place than this. Your devotion to duty will stand as an example to many others that follow you. God speed to your assignment, and God bless the remaining peacemakers.

I would like to extend my sympathies to the family, friends, and fellow officers of the Lagrange Police Dept. It is a horrible to thing to lose a father, husband, friend or brother.
I, unfortunately know this pain. Take pride in knowing this officer did his duty. No questions or complaints just doing his job. To the family be proud of Off. Mundo and know we will all see him again in a better place.

Det. John Bourne
Jessamine County Sheriff's Office

May God bless Officer Mundo Jrs family, friends, and brothers. He was way too young. Heaven must have needed him more than we did here. To Mrs Mundo and baby, know that your husband and Daddy was (and still is) a hero, not only to you, but to the rest of us in the law Enforcement world. You must feel more alone now than ever, but know that you never are. As a Law Enforcement family, we are here for you, and you are forever in our thoughts and prayers.

God Bless
