Your heroism and service is honored today, the 71rst anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

After reading your story, I feel sadness in the miscarriage of justice in the sentencing of the coward that murdered you. I feel anger being that he received such a light sentence. I pray that you are in heavenly peace and God had a special place in Heaven for you. God bless you and your family.

2 to 4 years is absolutely obscene. It disgusts me to think of the filthy criminal enjoying Christmas just by breathing, while at the same time your family could only remember you.

I'm sorry as hell it had to happen to you. I just hope the bastard eventually got his.

Thank you for your service.

2-4 years sounds like quite an injustice. RIP
