Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Officer Wilbert Wiggins, Sr.

Wilber, I miss you every day. In my thirteen years of law enforcement the rainy day of your burial is my worst, you are what we should all be...

What can be said of a man who gives 41 years of service to his community. Thank you seems so inadequate, but I have no other words.
Rest in peace officer, we have the watch now. We continue remembering you and all those who have completed their tour.
How proud your family must be.

Your commitment to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and the city of Jacksonville is nothing short of remarkable.

Although I never worked with you in our large agency, when I think of service, I think of your extraordinary career.

You are truly a role model for any officer to emulate.

Thank You and May God Bless you.

To our brother in blue may you rest in peace. Forty one years (41) truely a career in Law Enforcement. So few of us will ever see that many years as a Police Officer. Your family, friends, and co-workers are in our thoughts and prayers.

God Bless
