Today we are remembering fallen heroes from 9/11 and I only found it appropriate to honor you as well.

There have been so many conversations you have been mentioned and remembered. Although it isn't always spoken of, your friends miss you more than those around them realize. We all know you would still be living a happy life today.

You are still a hero, I know you are still watching over us.

Thinking of you today and can't believe it's been seven years already that you were taken from everyone. We still miss you and think of you often. Kallee still asks about things. She gets to see Connie alot and enjoys it since she is across from her classroom. Your niece is growing up so fast and sweet you would have spoiled her rotten. :) God bless your family and friends.

It was 7 years ago today that I talked with you for the last time. You were getting ready for court and I was tying to figure out the wedding arrangements. Life has changed so much from year to year. We are managing well. I dug out the suitcases for our upcoming trip to see "the rat" (as you called him). Our flight information from DC was still on it. Flight MKE I had to laugh because there are too many things that have been just too weird since you died. We love you and miss you each and every day. Help to grant us the peace to slow life down and not take anything or anyone for granted.

Mike, Bruce and Rick,

Just wanted to let you guys know the End of Watch Memorial Golf Outing went off without a hitch again. It was a perfect day for golf, always is, and Tuscumbia Country Club was in perfect condition. 155 golfers, who would have thought that in only 5 years we are turning golfers away because they done make the courses any bigger!

I want you guys to know that you were in everybody’s thoughts and prayers that day, as always, and the stories were flying (most of them true!). Thanks for watching over us.
