I would like to extend my condolences to the family of Officer Gaspar. My family experienced similar loss this past November with the death of my cousin Pennsylvania State Trooper Joseph Sepp. My thoughts are with your family.

I WALKED PAST YOU IN THE HALL AND KNEW OF YOU, I SAW THE UNIT YOU WORKED WITH AND WANTED TO ONE DAY BE THERE. IT PAINS ME TO SEE YOU GO AND TO KNOW I WAS ROBBED OF THE CHANCE TO WORK WITH YOU, PLEASE BLESS THIS FALLEN HERO AND NEVER FORGET HIS SACRAFICE. ......WITH THE SPIRT OF ALOHA!

What a complete shame and tragedy for a hero to fall so senselessly in such a beautiful place. We all die a little when an officer leaves us like this.

May God pour out his deepest comfort and richest blessings on your family. We will carry on!
