While I did not have the privilege to have known him, I am sure that he has earned his seat in heaven. Rest well fellow officer, those of us remaining will cover your post on the blue line.

Chief Leatherbury, You served your time very proudly. The legacy that you leave is one that all Police Officers should follow. You gained the utmost respect from the entire state of Maryland and most recently you pulled a small department together and made them proud also.
