Jim was a good guy. I learned more than a few things from him when I worked for MWCD. I always thought of him as a smart individual who would go out of his way to help you out. Jim would always send emails to officers all over the county about legal updates, officer safety, etc. MWCD and Ashland County lost a pretty damn good cop. I'm just glad that I had the unique opportunity to learn a few things from him.
