Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Trooper I Christopher Scott Scales

Chris,

I visit your page every so often and saw that it has been a little while since a reflection has been left for you. You would probably be happy to know that one of the reasons for that could be that some people are busy being there for Lisa and the kids.

I only knew you in passing but believe my life was enriched by knowing you. Now, we know Lisa and your children, who you would be so very proud of. Diane and I attended the Troop D memorial recently and after the event, Diane gave Lisa and your family a portrait of you that we both hope will help them in knowing you will always be there for them. You and Lisa have really raised those kids right and as a parent, I know that this is the greatest compliment anyone could hope for. Those kids will ALWAYS do you proud and will NEVER forget you! Neither will we.

Always in our hearts.

Chris, Words will never describe how much that I miss you. You will always be a hero in my eyes. I will never forget all that you did for me when I was a child. I always looked up to you and I still always will. For even though you are not with us, you will always be in my heart and soul.
I love you Uncle Chris, forever and always.
Love your niece,

To all you Sincere and Compasionate People:
Thank you so much for all your kind words about my Husband, When he passed they broke the mold with him. He was a Model Trooper, an Outstanding Father and Husband, there is a Huge Void in my life at this Time, This man Honored and Loved me and my Children, No one in my lifetime could replace his presence in our lifes. Me and my children struggle every day to bring substance to our lifes, its a hard road that I struggle with alone. I appreciate all you kind words about him, because indeed he was an example about what a Honorary and Dignified person should be.

Thanks to all of you for your undying support to me and my children.

Much Love and Appreciation,

My condolences to this Trooper and all of the brave men who sacrificed their lives for me and my fellow citizens. I have a message for those who lied about the Troopers of the New Jersey State Police:

Where do you get the nerve to shame and blemish the most HONORABLE, BRAVE men of INTEGRITY, who protect us all in the state of New Jersey!!!!! Every day and night these men and women risk this ULTIMATE SACRIFICE while you sleep safely and warm during the early morning hours of every day. You should have the HAVE THE DECENCY to stop wrongly accusing and humiliating these men and their families. You know who you are. May God have mercy on your merciless souls!!!!!!!!

Chris, You lead me in life everyday at work. You were a mentor to the junior troops that were on our squad. You brought reality and life in a crazy and fast paced job. You gave the strength to continue everyday after we found out who was a thte gym, or the range or who was on the "book".

God bless and may god keep you at his side to protect those who need your help.

Forever squadmate, and Black Dragon
