Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Deputy Sheriff David Alan Powell

There are no words that could ever adequately express the gratitude my family and I feel because men and women such as Deputy Powell patrol the counties of our state. It takes a special person to put their life on the line to try to protect another. May God grant all of the family solace for Deputy Powell loss and may he rest in peace.

Deputy Sheriff David Powell,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. It is very heartbreaking and no words can say how anyone feels at this time. Your watch is now over and God has now called you to watch over his streets of Heaven. May God be with all who knew you from here on out. You are now 10-7 and will be deeply missed. I will now put the mourning band on to salute you. God Bless. Sorry for your loss LASD

My heart breaks for the family of DS Powell. I can only pray that they will allow God to comfort them in this time in the way that only He can comfort.
May they also know that others are hurting with them.
