To the family of Officer Jupin: How hard it's been for you the last few years, I can't begin to think. How incomprehensible it is to see that your son's offender is in a mental facility. Have faith that justice will be served on him on his own Judgment Day. And have faith knowing your son is up there, in Heaven, serving in Peace. God bless you!
