Two more tragic victims of the "War on Drugs". Two people suffered for someone else's tragic and careless mistake of giving the wrong address. I am sorry for all parties involved

Your heroism and service is honored today, the tenth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

I pray for solace for all those who love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever. I hold your family in my heart's embrace today. I share your parents' anquish of losing a beloved child which surely has to be life's greatest sorrow.

I am also pained to learn that the justice that was given in the first sentence has been snatched away from you. This was a travesty of justice.

Justice evidently was not served. People should wake up as life in prison to me is life, not 10 years. Thank you for your dedicated service in a job that most people have not understanding as to what it entails nor could they ever handle what has to be done out on the stree. You have not been forgotten

Nine years ago today you were taken from us. Some days it seems as if you have been gone forever and others it seems as if it were yesterday but there is never a day that I don't think about you and miss you my friend.
