To the family and loved ones of Investigator Clyde Frazier and his fellow investigators and most especially to Clyde:

Mere words seem insignificant to honor your heroism and courage which will never be forgotten. On this the eighth anniversary month of the tragic devastation wreaked upon our nation, those brave men and women who lost their lives safeguarding others are remembered and revered.

May your spirit continue to soar and your memory continue to inspire. Your family had to endure losing a beloved hero and how I wish they had not had to endure this tragedy.

This reflection is sent with the utmost respect and gratitude for the distinquished service Clyde gave to his community and country, and for the supreme sacrifice he and his family made on September 11, 2001.

Investigator Frazier is an inspiration to us all. He made the world a better place and showed us how we can do the same. We may not all be called to give our lives, but we can give of ourselves each day. That is the best way we can honor Investigator Frazier's life and sacrifice.

Dear Clyde:
Some 27 years ago, when I graduated the Police Academy, my late Dad whispered something in my ear while he was congratulating me. He said, "Above all else, honor". He told me that saying many times as I was growing up, and he told me that was his credo he lived by while defending our great nation during World War II.
And so it comes to pass, that your actions and sacrifice on 11 September 2001, I believe, exemplify what my Dad was referring to. You did everyone of us who wears a badge, every American, and every peace loving citizen of the world, proud.
In giving your life while trying to save others, you made other sacrifices as well. Never again will you be able to see the sun set in the west, or hear one of your grandchildren laugh, or feel the warmth of the holidays when the family gathers together. But I am certain that you are in a better place, where you can enjoy endless sunsets, hear the laughter of the people you saved, and lavish in the warmth of Almighty God.
May you rest in peace with the knowledge that our country is better today because of you and your sacrifice, and may police officers in the future always remember as you did, "Above all else, honor". Amen

There are but two persons who protect the sinful human race from destroying itself. One is God's Holy Spirit. The other is the Peace Officer. Without them, we would all perish at each other's hands.

You were called into this profession and our Lord and Savior has blessed you because:
According to Romans 13.1-5...
God ordains the Peace Officer’s profession.
The Peace Officer is sent by God.
The Peace Officer is vested with God's authority to enforce the law.
A Peace Officer's badge is to be honored by us, because God honors it.

You gave the ultimate sacrifice, your life for your fellow man, while serving, defending, and protecting others in your community.

Thank you for your service to America. Your efforts saved thousand that horrible day.
My thoughts and prayers go out to your family and friends. You will be in our hearts forever.
