Since returning to the patrol division this past July, I drive by the site of your murder every day. There isn't a day that goes by that those of us that knew you don't think about you. I encounter citizens on a daily basis that ask me if I knew you. Last Friday I was asked if I knew you, and I had to fight back the tears because the anniversary of your ambush was actually on my mind before he asked me. We will never forget you Bondo.

Another year is upon us without you and the pain is still the same. You are missed terribly by all. Rest easy and know that you are not forgotten.

Well, here we go again. Your murderer wants to change lawyers again for the 3rd time.. Just prolonging the time when he will get what he deserves.
I am OK. Will not let him get me down.
I think of you and how much I miss you and love you so much, every day.
Love you so much.

Miss you so much.
Went by the Cementery today.
I remember the day that I had to leave you there.
No one understands unless they have experienced it. The pain and hurt never goes away. If I could only see you and hear your voice again. You go about the day with a smile on your face but the pain and hurt is always with you, in your heart.
I love you so much.

You my Son
Have shown me God
Your kiss upon my cheek
Has made me feel the gentle touch
Of Him who leads us on....

Thinking of you and all of your loved ones on this very blessed of all holidays. There are no special words I can say to ease the pain that all of your loved ones live with on a daily basis except that you will never be forgotten. I know how you Mom feels and I leave the following for her:

"The sense of loss does not diminish with time. In truth, the experession, 'time heals all wounds' is a myth. For parents, the loss of a child is permanent and mental scar tissue really does not grow over the grim memory. Rather, all tears are expended and a dull ache remains."
