As a former Reserve Officer for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office I share the saddness that all who have served and are serving at your loss. As a security officer, I have worked in Tampa,Fl during many events(sporting, concerts) and have the utmost respect for the Tampa Police Department. This officer is part of the Thin Blue Line that sepaerates us from evil. I say is because once one is a fellow officer that person remains one. Just like the U.S. Marines one a Marine always a Marine. Once a officer always a officer. Your sacrifice for freedom on U.S soil will not be for you are a solder in the battle against crime. As a retired Navy man i gve you the following wish. FAIR WINDS AND FOLLOWNG SEAS. May your sprit live on and find a great place to rest.
