Lou was a great friend and co-worker. She loved her family dearly. She was very dedicated to her job and was one that we could depend on day or night. She is greatly missed by all. RIP Lou!!! Gone but not forgotten.

Loutricia was a wonderfull person. She loved her family, her girls, her family, & her friends. But most of all she loved her job. A few months before the accident she had come over to Madisonville for a visit with me. She had told me about near death experience earlier with her heart. She expressed that day, that she was in a much better place now, than then. She had her affairs in order & she was finally contented with her life. Of course, its a shame how much she missed, & how much she is being missed. Love you Lou....

Fourteen years still seem like yesterday. The loss of not only a deputy but a friend is one of the hardest things for any law enforcement officer. You are in my thoughts daily may you rest in eternal peace knowing that others have continued in service.

The poem written by Leslie brought tears to my eyes. As a mother myself I cannot imagine this happening to my family.

Leslie, your mother is with you every second of every day. Her love knows no bounds. Not even death can bring an end to the love of a mother for her child. She's there, and she loves you.

RIP sister. You are not forgotten.
