Reflections for Deputy Sheriff John A. Snyder

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.

Your heroism and service is honored today on the 79th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service.
My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

I WAS READING THROUGH NEWSPAPERS THAT I KEPT IN REFERENCE TO DON'S DEATH AND I CAME ACROSS DEPUTY SNYDER'S NAME AND YOUR END OF WATCH DATE.
YOU WERE A HERO AND NEVER WILL BE FORGOTTEN. I THINK OF YOU AND THE OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFCIER'S WHENEVER I AM THINKING OF DON.
GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY. EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN 83 YEARS I KNOW THEY STILL TALK AND THINK ABOUT YOU.
