Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.

I read the ODMP almost everyday and find one officer that has given his or her life in the support of their department. I came upon yours today and wish you would have survided this mishap. Your service to your department for 20 years shows your deep concern for your fellow man. My son is in the LAPD academy as we speak and my Daughter is with CBP as a federal officer. All I can say is thank you for your service and you are not forgotten.
