Reflections for Police Officer Kelmer Harwin One Feather

Our deepest sympathies are with Officer One Feather as well as the Oglala Sioux Police Department,, It seems like words escape us at times like this, our agency has also lost many good officers to alcoholism and drugs, but we continue to thrive, and live another day to do our jobs, to protect our sacred lands and reservations.   You will be remembered by the people of the Navajo and Hopi nations, you will remain in our prayers and hearts...for those who protect police our reservations.

And He will raise you up on eagles wings
Bear you on the breath of dawn
Make you to shine like the sun
And hold you in the palm of His hand.
