Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Deputy Michael Dale Hisaw

God Bless you Deputy Hisaw and your family. Thank you
for giving your life for us all. May you rest peacefully
in God's hand.

From a long time cop's wife,

Donna Carver
Covington, Tennessee

Michael served as juvenile officer for Prentiss County. He enjoyed working with kids and was respected by the juveniles he handled. He was kind but stern. He was also a good friend. He loved his family and his church. He attended church every Sunday. He never said anything derogatory about his fellow officers or his department. He did his job without complaint and professionally. He enjoyed life and had a sense of humor. He leaves behind many friends who will miss him dearly. Michael was quiet and not the type to be impulsive or hot-tempered. Michael always wanted to be a law enforcement officer. Many friends look back and say "what if?" But the bottom line is that Michael died doing what he loved to do and I believe that Michael would tell us that he did his job and not to wonder "what if".
