desde isabela PR, tuve la oportunidad de conocerlo no como amigo sino como agente encubierto y de tan buena gente que era que nosotros al menos un grupo minoritario de los jovenes que el quizas compartio con el en la esquina mientas el hacia su trabajo encubierto una anecdota que recuerdo era q nosotros le llamabano (perro) asi le dicen a los agentes encubiertos pero el se iba a toa diciendo que el no era un perro, con mucho respeto cuento esta anecdota, tambien el tenia la mania de regalarle cigarrillos a todo el que le pedia, por eso es que nos daba la mania por que quien da un cigarrillo asi por chorros, ah tambien la noche que nacio su criatura mi prima estaba pariendo asi q mi primita que nacio tiene la misma edad, bueno el que lo hizo lo conozco era mi amigo pero no le aplaudo lo que hizo el era un ser un humano y un orgullo para la uniformada y su familia, pero los designios de dios hay que aceptarlos, lo siento mucho shakeer te conoci y se que eras afuego y tenias el talento para tu trabajo, te respetamos aunque nos hubiera arrestados a todos nosotros me incluyo por q en aquel momento como todo joven estaba descariilado, pero ahora soy un hombre de bien y no me arrepiento de haber dejado la calle, descanza en paz hermano en cristo...

Shakeer, no puedo resignarme a tu pérdida, como no extrañarte día a día. Nada ni nadie podrá llenar el vacio que dejastes en mi vida. Cada hijo tiene un lugar especial, pero que tristeza cuando uno de esos lugares son aectados por las cosas que Dios permite en nuestras vidas. Vas a cumplir 14 años de haberte ido y a me pregunto, Cómo se verá Shakeer ahora?. Cómo hare para sobreponerme a esto?. Sólo sé que nos haces alta.
