Reflections for Detective Paul Andrew Hale

Having worked for many years in a convienence store in Raleigh I got an opportunity to work with and meet many of this cities fine police officers . I hold them in the highest regard . I remember vividly the day Paul left us and I can only say it was one of the saddest days I can think of .
Rest in Peace Paul.

Family and Friends of Paul Hale,

This message is to honor Detective Hale and those who knew him. In a couple of days, it will be five years since Paul was taken away from us. I will remember that day as if it happened yesterday. This message is not to bring sorrow or to remind us of that day, but to honor Paul for who he was and what he stood for. Before I ever came into law enforcement I had the opportunity to ride with Paul while he performed his duties with the Raleigh Police Dept. I always knew I wanted to be in law enforcement, but after riding with Paul I knew from then on what kind of officer I wanted to be like. He was honest, trustworthy, and dedicated to his profession. I speak for all those who knew him, "Paul, you will always be in our hearts". To all officer's that put on that badge everyday to protect our citizens, "although we may feel alone out there in times of need, remember we have those officer's that have fallen that will give us the strengh and determination to keep going". Thanks Paul!
