Uncle Tom,
It's been almost 10 years sent God took your from us. I miss you so very much but so thankful for the time I had with you. Chris talks about you all the time, even though he never met you I know he knows you and you know him. Thank you for being his guardian angel! He loves you so much and has a few pictures up in his room of you. I thank God every day for allowing you to be my Uncle! You were and still are the best Uncle anybody could ask for.

Love forever,
Amy

I worked with Tom in Nacogdoches in 1994 and 1995. Tom was the kind of officer that we all should strive to become. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

It is hard to believe that we lost our friend and co-worker Tom 5 years ago. We miss you more than any words can express. All of my brother law enforcement officers back in Texas and elsewhere are in my thoughts and prayers. May God always walk with you.

You were a great man that taught me alot and not to forget who is important in our lives. It helped me remember to tell the people that mean the most in my life that I love them. God Bless-Daisha Louise Horn(Graham)

Tom was a very fun loving and hard working wonderful man. I dispatched under him and enjoyed working with his mischievious sense of humor and practical jokes. He told me once he wanted to be the po-damn-lice so he could carry a gun and drive fast. Thoughts of Tom's tragedy stay with me daily as I am a patrol officer now. I'm constantly reminded that danger can and will occur in rual counties. Continuous and frequent training is and should be a "must" even for small departments. Tom is loved and missed. I know the dear Lord is taking good care of him, but there will always be a void on the earth he left and with in the job he loved.

I didn't know Sgt. Tom Sitton personally, but I have become very close to his wife and their daughters. I know Sgt. Sitton through the three of them. They think of him often and miss him very much. My prayers go out to Treasa, Ashley, and Amanda and the rest of his family. I love you three and wish you the best.
