I am Thomas Rice, and i am the nephew of percy miller. I am truly sorry for what transpired between my uncle and your grandfather. I would like to talk to you to see what you can tell me about this mishap. My uncle was a positive impact in our family and i got to see him twice before he passed away, i was just s little lad around 4 or 5.

Patrick H. White was my grandfather. I never had the chance to know him, but his influence and Christian character still has a postive impact on our family today.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 80th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you
continue to inspire. Thank you for your service to North Carolina, the birthplace of myself and my beloved son Larry Lasater who was killed in 2005 in the line of duty while serving with the Pittsburg, Ca PD.

Rest In Peace.
