Your heroism and service is honored today, the 54th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

My mother was born on the day of your passing. I don't know if you have any family that will ever read this reflection, but I want them to know that their loved one will always be remembered. You were a true hero.

I am the spouse of a law enforcement officer. I have seen the pain of losing a fellow brother. As difficult as it was as a friend, I can only imagine, and pray I never experience, what it is like to lose a loved family member.
