Your heroism and service is honored today, the 63rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never dimishes respect, and your memory will always be honored and revered. You had a very distinguished career with over forty years on the job. How your fellow officers must have respected you.

Rest In Peace

Mr. Stinger,

I hear alot about you from your daughter Vi. I am happily married to your daughter's grandaughter, Karen. When I took the job as a police officer, I was unaware that
you were a police officer and that you gave your life answering the call. I ask you to pray over me and all of the other men and women who take that chance every day.
