Marshal Simpson,
On today, the 69th anniversary of your murder, I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of New Miami. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. It sickens me that the most time any of your murderers did was 20 years.
