Reflections for Police Officer James H. Sheehy

James H Sheehy you are the brother to my Great Great Great Grandmother Mary Ann Sheehy who married Cornelius Werner Daily. Until today I never knew of your existence, nor the honor that you brought your family in Ireland and your descendants in the United States. A young wife with six children who greatly missed you, is a lesson that is now shed with my children. You are now part of our family history and I shared your sacrifice and service. Thank you and all officers that give to keep our community safe.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
God Bless

Your heroism and service is honored today, the one hundred and seventh anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Every Officer deserves to have a reflection listed. On this day, the anniversary of your death, I am honored to be the first to leave one for you James.

You may have served and died a long time ago, but you are not forgotten.

Rest in peace.
