Tosay I was reading the book, : Forgotten Heroes : and your story was mentioned, rest in peace and Olav Hashalom, Deputy Schneider, your bravery and courage will never be forgotten by me. My dad was a longtime New York City police officer with the 102 precinct for nearly forty years.
