Reflections for Sheriff Hugh Owen

My brother, Douglas "Hugh" Price was born November 30, 1938, a little over one month after the your death, Hugh Owen. He was named to honor your memory, and your dedicated service to the rule of law. He was born in rural Nowata county, near Alluwee, Oklahoma. (Whitehill, Oklahoma now covered by Oolagah Lake - on the Verdigris river, part of the Arkansas river navigation project).

Private citizen, Donald G. Price

My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
