Reflections for Sergeant Moises Ortiz-Torres

Sgt. Moises Ortiz Torres,
You were excellent uncle and very respected for all you did. While I was working in Dorado, I heard stories of your heroism and how great cop you were. I was proud to say that you were my uncle and today I still remember you with honor and respect. But most of all with love and missing you. Your legacy and good example of a public server and a great uncle will forever be in our hearts.

Bendicion,
