Your heroism and service is honored today, the 76th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

I was saddened to see that Christmas Day is the eow for so many, many officers. Rest In Peace.

Brother Officer, nearly 74 years have now passed since you made the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you for your service to your community and to this great nation. Stand tall and proud as you walk the eternal beat in Paradise. You are a true hero, a warrior of justice to the core. Please remember to watch over those you left behind and your brothers and sisters in blue. Ride along as they carry the sword that you and all of those who have gone before us have passed along. Help to guide them away from harm and uphold the honor of their positions. Rest in peace, sir.
Godspeed!
