Patrolman Thomas Noonan was killed in vehicle crash on John's Hill Road while responding to an armed robbery call at a local service station.

His patrol car left the roadway, struck a utility pole, and overturned. He was ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. The call he was responding to turned out to be a false alarm.

Patrolman Noonan had served with the Highland Heights Police Department for two years and had previously served with the Newport Police Department.

Richard. This is the 30th, for Tom want to start fund for MEMORIAL for FALLEN, TOMMY as I knew Him, Was an EMT trying to save HIM. Obviously, we could not. What a lot of people didn't say the call HE was responding to was an alarm to a gas station for BP, still here in town, young girls working alone, that acciddently step on the panic alarm. Tommy was on a mission to get there as quick as he could to Help & Take Care of her. Hope New PD HQ's would Love to do it, need three people to assure money at an account for transpaency. No B.S.
