Well, Steve, it's been 25 years since you've been gone and you never leave my mind. We grew up side by side since we were toddlers. You were like a brother to me and we spent so much time together. I know you always wanted to be a police officer and the only thing that brings me peace is that you died doing what you loved. I look at the clock tonight and think of that horrible night, rushing to the hospital, thinking of your mom. You read about things like this happening, but you never think this will happen to someone you know and love. You were strong, silent, sensitive and always thought of others. Until we meet again, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Brenda
