Thomas Edward Lipka

Private Thomas Lipka was killed when his patrol vehicle skidded on wet trolley tracks, spun out of control, rolled over an embankment, and struck a telephone pole.

Private Lipka was a U.S Marine Corps veteran and had served with the Pennsylvania State Police for a year and a half. He was survived by his father.
