Dad was a man that we can all be proud of. He was a man of strong Christian faith and set this example for his immediate family, serving as a foundation to our faith for over 40 years now. What a legacy to leave behind. RDK gave back to the community, loved his family dearly and enjoyed the career of his dreams with the Virginia State Police. He would have no regrets for the service to his fellow troopers and the community he served to protect. Dad, we miss you! tsk
